The NDIS has published the updated 2020-21 NDIS Price Guide effective 1st July 2020. In response CPEC has adjusted all CPEC service agreements to reflect new terms and conditions.

|Individual supports||The price of individual supports is $193.99 per hour.|
CPEC is continuing to provide the full range of direct therapy, key worker, NDIS and family/emotional/social supports that it currently provides, with the addition of now being able to provide telehealth services and aquatic physiotherapy at the Monash Aquatic Recreation Centre. The aquatic program will become available when COVID-19 restrictions are eased.
|Group supports||The formula used to calculate the cost of the group program has been altered. This only affects NDIA managed and Plan Managed participants accessing group programs. If this applies to you, CPEC will contact you to directly advise of any relevant price changes.|
|Non-face-to-face Supports||CPEC is continuing to provide a full range of non face to face supports and key worker supports that it currently provides, which includes support and interactions occurring via phone and email.
In addition, CPEC will be invoicing for the therapist’s time for any research undertaken on behalf of a participant that is linked to the achievement of their goals. This will occur with the participant’s prior agreement.
|Therapist Travel||CPEC will provide participants with a reasonable estimate of travel costs, which includes the therapists time to travel to attend the appointment, a $0.85 per kilometre charge and the cost of any other associated travel expenses such as road tolls or parking.
The actual time,distanced travelled and any other associated expenses incurred by the therapist to attend the appointment are billed.
If the therapist is returning to CPEC or the appointment is the last community visit of the day, the therapist’s return trip is also billed.
|Cancellation||CPEC will be charging cancellations / no shows where less than two full business days notification has been provided to CPEC.|
|NDIA Request Reports||Where the NDIA requests reports (such as assistive technology prescription or end of plan progress reports), CPEC will continue to charge the actual time taken for the completion of these reports, including any required correspondence.|
|Communication of future changes||In previous years, CPEC gained every participant’s consent to provide service under the updated terms and conditions. Responding to community feedback and the service gaps this created, CPEC will inform all participants via SMS of the updated terms and conditions.
